"My stay at El Tigre Hideaway was truly one of the greatest vacations I have ever had. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, every detail was handled with care, professionalism, and genuine hospitality. A special and heartfelt thank you goes to Andrea, the concierge, who made our experience unforgettable. She went above and beyond in every way possible—coordinating transportation, ensuring we had everything we needed throughout our stay, and always making herself available with a warm smile and exceptional service. Her dedication and kindness made such a lasting impression on us, and I will forever be grateful for everything she did to make our trip so memorable. We stayed in the Honeymoon Villa, and it was absolutely breathtaking. The view was beyond beautiful—waking up each morning and taking in the scenery felt like something out of a dream. The villa itself was stunning, private, comfortable, and the perfect setting for a truly relaxing getaway. What also stood out was the incredible staff. Every single team member we encountered was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely invested in making our stay exceptional. The level of service throughout the property was first-class and exceeded all expectations. El Tigre Hideaway is a special place that delivers not only luxury and beauty but also warmth and personalized hospitality.
