"We loved our stay at Tenorio Glamping Ranch. It was just what we needed to get away from the hustle and bustle of every day life. Laura, the ranch manager was very friendly and helpful. The tent was comfortable and well equipped, and the setting was absolutely beautiful! We will definitely return."

"Joel at the front desk was very friendly and amazing. Although we stayed only for one night, the hospitality we received was great. The breakfast was served on the table with plenty of items. Joel offered plenty of advice for visiting the national park, the general safety tips, etc.
The views were breathtaking, wish we stayed longer. "

"Amazing resort!!
Our stay was unforgettable. The property is beautiful, the rooms are inviting and nicely decorated. The property has a relaxing atmosphere and the thermals are trully amazing "
"This hotel is fantastic! The staff are kind. The breakfast is excellent, featuring healthy food and a great variety that starts the day perfectly. Moreover, the entire hotel is spotlessly clean and beautifully maintained. A truly outstanding experience—highly recommend!"
"One of the places that looks the same as in pics and even better. Nice and comfortable room, parking next to the room itself.
Location was comfortable - quiet but only 10 minutes from la fortuna.
The thermal pool is fun, especially at night.
Breakfast is good but the rest is expensive.

"This hotel was amazing. When we arrived they greeted us with a welcome cocktail which we enjoyed in the open air restaurant/bar overlooking Lake Arenal. the room was clean and very pretty. The rooms are individual casitas with small patios in front overlooking the lake. We had a small fridge and a coffee maker in the room, very handy for enjoying morning coffee on our patio with beautiful views.
There are 2 pools, one heated, also overlooking the lake. the entire property is meticulously maintained with lawns and lush flowers and vegetation. And the best part is the extremely friendly and helpful staff. "
"⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 10/10 — A Truly Magical Experience at Río Perdido
Río Perdido is one of the most extraordinary resorts we’ve ever visited — a hidden gem that exceeds expectations in every way. From the moment we arrived, the staff welcomed us with genuine warmth and hospitality. The maids, servers, concierge team, and everyone on site were unfailingly kind, attentive, and made us feel like we were among friends.
The resort itself is stunning. Set within a private preserve of forests, canyons, and geothermal wonders, every view feels like a postcard. The thermal river is unforgettable — relaxing, healing, and unlike anything you’ll experience elsewhere. We loved the beautiful hiking trails, restorative yoga sessions, and exhilarating zip-lining.
The food was exceptional across all restaurants, with fresh ingredients, great flavours, and flawless service. Every meal felt special.
A true highlight was meeting Gabriel and his father — two of the most gracious, passionate people you’ll ever meet. Their love for the land, the community, and the guest experience shines through in every detail of the resort.
Río Perdido is magical in every category: service, nature, activities, food, and atmosphere. We can’t recommend it highly enough and will absolutely be returning."
