"The service was excellent and the place is perfect for families! We loved it! I only have one recommendation: if you make a same-day reservation, make sure you arrive early because they don't accept reservations on time if they're made through Expedia, and they don't answer the phone. We arrived at 10:50 pm and they assisted us, and the service was excellent, but they need to improve their phone service and the Expedia reservations system in case you don't have the same luck as me, since the hotel wasn't full and they were able to give me what I was looking for."

"Agradecida por todo. A mi hija y a mi nos encantó la estadía en Hacienda Tres Casitas. Todo muy tranquilo y relajante. Cuando entramos a la Casita el aroma fue muy bueno. Todo muy acogedor. El personal en el desayuno fue muy amable y los desayunos muy ricos."

"El baño estaba sucio, la ducha llena de limo ( tuve que comprar detergente para lavarla). La piscina llena de hojas. La cama tenia acaros, gracias a dios que llevamoa ropa de cama extra y spray para la cama ( la primera noche fue horrible, a mitad de la noche nos levantamos por algo no estaba picando)"
