I'm so happy I got a room here last minute. Staff gave excellent customer service and were so friendly. Room was spotless and the AC was cold! Neighborhood is lively and the pool so refreshing! I would definitely come and stay here again.

The guy that received us at the check in was very courteous and gave us recommendations of restaurants near by the Brujula was the one we finally went it was a 10/10. Love the place near everything at the poblado in la Parguera. We are definitely come back to celebrate our aniversary.

The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms and common areas are cute and very clean. The outside bar/lounge is beautiful! The pool is small but nice. It is easily walkable to the town center with restaurants, stores, etc. Breakfast is not included (you can order it separately, but we did not do that as there are several bakeries nearby). The hotel is on a quiet residential street, across from a park and baseball diamond.

I enjoyed my stay. The room was very nice. I wish I could had checked in when I arrived at 2:00 PM. However, the clerk said I had to wait until 3:00 PM. Also, there was no bartender at the pool bar. Everything else was fine.

Where do I start? It's a hidden gem. The best kept secret. The staff was amazing Deymalie, Lillian and Christian went far above our expectations! They were courteous, professional and so very friendly. The villa was so romantic and cozy. Everything super clean ! We loved it and would recommend it to anyone that is looking for quality and professional stay.
