"We had a wonderful stay in Buta Hotel. The room is very spacious and comfortable, and had everything we needed. The bathroom is very big and clean. We really loved the bathrobes that we got, they were very comfortable. The hotel is in a good central location, walkable from the most important sights. The staff is very friendly, and helped us with anything we needed. The wifi had some problems the first day, but the next days the problem was solved and the wifi worked excellent. The hotel has the most amazing chandelier in the lobby, the biggest chandelier we have ever seen. The see-through lift was also very amazing, with view on the chandelier. The whole hotel represents luxury. Would definitely stay here again next time in Minsk!"

"This is my second time staying at this hotel, the first time I had slight problems with the front desk and their attitude, but this time everything was perfect. Very clean, nice rooms with everything you might need, comfortable bed, very polite staff, and can’t beat the location, everything in walkable distance, I really enjoyed my stay and looking forward to come back. "Apartment was great, spacious, clean and in an amazing location, plus not expensive at all. The only thing that was a little problematic was the communication, I never recieved any information about the key, the entrance to the building or any information relevant to my stay. We recieved a number from hotles.com platform to call if we don't recieve any information before the check in to the apartment, but after calling that number we came in contact with the apartment owner and everything was settled. All together a 9/10 rating, if the communication becomes better then it could easily be a 10/10 review. Absolutely would recommend. "
"Very efficient and welcoming staff. I had to book my stay less than a day in advance, they were able to accommodate my room requests and arranged for an airport pick up. The room is very well equipped, amenities are great. The hair tools were fantastic and I wish I was staying longer to take advantage of the pillow menu selection and the restaurant.
It was a very comfortable and restful night
