"Good breakfast spread. Staff helpful. I had issues for late check out as American credit cards didn’t work. They only take Belarus roubles which was not helpful as I have only US dollars. The staff also not knowledgeable about registration process required by Belarus for tourists staying over 5 days. The registration can be done online and I was told that Hotels should be able to help tourists But Hampton by Hilton at Minsk Ciry center didn’t know the process. Impeovementd: They should find a way to accept American credit cards, the staff should be trained in tourist registration process and they should accept US Dollars for payment. "

"It was a nice stay overall. Hotel location is perfect for all tourist activities. The city center is clean, walkable, full of sightseeing spots, restaurants, and stores. The room was spacious and had a lot of light. TV had access to YouTube which is convenient. We really appreciate the front desk team, that helped us organize the smooth arrival and welcomed us at the property. The only hiccup was the food - we ordered late lunch and the dishes weren’t very fresh. Well, I’m sure it was merely a misunderstanding. Thank you for the pleasant stay! "

"Apartment was great, spacious, clean and in an amazing location, plus not expensive at all. The only thing that was a little problematic was the communication, I never recieved any information about the key, the entrance to the building or any information relevant to my stay. We recieved a number from hotles.com platform to call if we don't recieve any information before the check in to the apartment, but after calling that number we came in contact with the apartment owner and everything was settled. All together a 9/10 rating, if the communication becomes better then it could easily be a 10/10 review. Absolutely would recommend. "
