"I had a really good stay at the Hilton Garden Inn. The hotel was clean, well-kept, and comfortable. One thing that stood out to me was that the room and common areas were cleaned well, which is always important when traveling. The staff was pleasant, and the overall experience was smooth and stress-free. The location was convenient for what I needed, and I felt comfortable throughout my stay. For other travelers, I would recommend considering what amenities are important to you before booking and checking what's nearby if you plan to explore the area. If you're looking for a clean, comfortable place to stay with a welcoming atmosphere, this hotel is worth considering. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would stay here again."

"They did not honor my fully paid reservation so hard to judge them on anything. After a long day of traveling I arrived with my family at 10:30 at night only to be told that their reservation system was down all day and there were no rooms available. They then tried to suggest another Marriott property…as if!"

"My low review is directly associated with the water temperature. The first morning I was there, there never was hot water in the morning. I took an absolutely cold shower. The second morning the water was lukewarm at best. There were a lot of soccer players there the first night, families with children, and I was told by the staff that they must used all the hot water. I was assured the water would be hot/warm the next day since they has checked out. However, the second morning the water was lukewarm at best and never got hot. Better then cold, but still. The hotel should have sufficient hot/warm water to enable all of its occupants to be able to shower. That first morning, I tried to shower and then waited about an hour and tried again. But we had plans to see the national park and how long should I need to wait?"

"No contact with staff except gardener who gave us correct code to enter Inn and room. Ever saw any other staff. Code provided by email didn’t work. TV didn’t work and bed was very high and mattress was very hard for our liking. Short people will need step stool to get in bed!!"
