"Excellent location, on the edge of the ancient centre of Verona, and very reasonably priced. The hosts got in touch with me ahead of time and were very helpful with finding suitable car parking, and finding the property. We had a private room in a shared area (shared kitchen & bathrooms), but we only saw one other resident - we had it almost to ourselves. The main downside was that nearby drilling and hammering sounds started early in the morning, but I guess that was bad luck."

"We arrived very late but this was pre arranged. The owners were welcoming and accommodating. Let us buy some water from the little shop they have. Room was clean. Shower leaked but otherwise was fine. Parking free right outside. My kids managed to spill drink all over the floor at breakfast and the lady was so kind, cleared it all with no issue. The location is good near train station and city center but if your room window is facing the station then you have to close the window all the time to avoid noise. The room is basic, okay clean and okay comfortable but the dark red bed cover don’t look appealing. The shower drain is not just slow running, it’s totally clogged. I only need to count one to five seconds the water...

"We stayed at Prati Palai as part of our honeymoon, and it was everything! You can feel the attention to detail, the guests, and Bardolino culture. Our Jr. Suite was a massive size, which was perfect as we experienced some rain. We preferred to walk down to Bardolino and to other towns as well, but with plenty of parking, I know many guests drove and came and went. It truly was a relaxing and bucket list experience. "

"We stayed on this B&B for a couple of night. The B&B is well located like 10-15 min walking to the Arena. It is not a hotel, is a room very clean, spacious and modern in a residential flat. The breakfast is European style. The only but is that they want to know exactly the time of your arrival for check-in like a week in advance. We were traveling by train and that is not always possible to anticipate the arrival tines one week before. "
