"Hotel is beautiful, and I’ve never met such friendly people working at a hotel who couldn’t do enough to help you. Everyone smiled whenever they walked past or helped you with anything. Hotel was really well kept - like all of Croatia. Such a clean and beautiful part of the world."

"We had never heard of Cavtat and chose the hotel (post yacht trip) because it was close to Dubrovnik airport and had great ratings. The area and the hotel were SPECTACULAR!!! We will definitely return. The area is AMAZING as is this BEAUTIFUL boutique hotel with the most incredible staff!! We wish we could have stayed longer! The rooms were large, very cool (in the heatwave) and well appointed. Hotel grounds and amenities were excellent. The location is perfect and we took a water taxi to old town Dubrovnik for the day from right by the hotel. We wish we would have stayed in Cavtat for our one day as it was much more charming."

"A beautiful positioned hotel with lovely sea views. The check in procedure was slow, chaotic and not at all coordinated, which spoiled our overall experience. Reception was full of guests and luggage all waiting to check in after 2pm, many having waited for hours. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but the balconies are tiny and only just accommodate the 2 chairs and small table, making it impossible to walk around these. The views are a bonus though. Check-in from 2pm means exactly this, and rooms will not necessarily be ready from this time and could be many hours later. We were not directed to any facilities where we might wait, get a drink or freshen up by the two overrun receptionists so we had to wait with our luggage and keep queuing with other guests for room updates. We only stayed overnight before our flught home and paid a lot of money for our Seaview room so the delay was really inconvenient and unexpected."

"The villa is just 10 minutes walking to Cavtat center. Room was cleaned as well as the pool. They provide towels for sauna and pool. Only note the pool opens at 9am and closes at 7 pm . We would have liked to stay for long especially considering that during the day we wanted to visit dubrovnik or the islands. Also in the room there were no free coffee or tea to be used with the provided kettle neither in the comunal kitchen. As an overall it was a nice experience."

"The hotel is about 25km from old town. We didn’t have a car but you are able to take the local bus or a boat to get there. Bus stop is 7mins away, a grocery store is 5 minutes away but if you go down by the water there is another local grocery store. The hotel doesn’t have an elevator but the pool was a nice feature for the kids."
