This was our first time visiting Dubrovnik and this apartment was easy to check it. Great location. The room was clean but the size is a bit small. Overall, we like this place. Will stay at this apartment again.

Perfect location close to everything, but very quiet, no steps to the apartment which is small but perfectly formed. Hob, microwave, coffee maker and safe. Very good aircon.

Really well located . If you are travelling with baggage there is perfect no stairs to up and down . It is close to the different restaurants and attractions . Easy to arrive .

Property is in an excellent location near the Pile Gate. Checkin was super easy, everything went well. Apartment was clean and had coffee available along with a kitchenette. Small but everything worked. Note there is no staff on site but can reach them easily on WhatsApp.

Very small but well appointed room. Location in the old town was excellent, a quiet street with very little through traffic, although on two of our three nights the courtyard next to our room was an outdoor cinema, but finished reasonably early, so did not disturb us much. The table and chairs on the street outside the main door to the apartments was a god send, to enjoy a quiet drink before dinner in the fresh air, as there was not enough space in the studio apartment for two to sit comfortably. However, given Dubrovnik is all about getting out and about, the lack of aparrment space was more than offset by the great location within the city walls.

It was very easy communicating with Dominatto (property management). They answered my queries promptly and were very helpful. The apartment was clean and conveniently located in a quiet corner of Old Town - perfect for exploring in the quiet early hours before it gets crowded. The stairs are narrow so I would advise against large/wide suitcases if possible. There is no elevator so using travel backpacks or shoulder bags would be ideal.

The property is a small walk-up apartment building in the heart of Old Town. It is quiet, clean and conveniently located. There was a large mini fridge, microwave, fold-out breakfast table with two stools, sink, dishes and utensils for your use. The room itself is cozy but was fine for two of us to share. The bathroom was a nice size and very clean and also comfortable. We had a great stay here and would definitely recommend this to anyone looking to stay in Old Town near some major attractions at a very affordable price. The owners communicated via Whatsapp and was very responsive to our needs while we stayed there at the apartment.

Wonderful place to stay. We just had a little hiccup with the safe, but they fixed it right away (service was amazing). I sent a message, and they accommodated us right away!!! They are very professional and any questions or concerns, they were on it right away. The location is very convenient too. Dining and shopping is right around the corner. The outdoor movie is outside the window, but they have double pane windows, so it was not bad. You can even watch, if you want. The view from our window was pretty too, must enjoy that if you stay here. The place is very clean but watch out for the shorter ceiling, my husband hit his head a few times.... but this is normal in smaller spaces like these (we stayed in top floor). Our stay is wonderful, and I will recommend this to all my friends and families. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your wonderful place. I would definitely stay here again and again and again.

10/10 STAY!!!

10/10 stay!!! We came to Dubrovnik for 3 nights to view wedding venues. We stayed on the top floor apartment and it was perfect for us. The location is great, you are very near Pile Gate but in the corner of the town so it’s lovely and quiet at night, but a stones throw from the main part of the Old Town. The apartment it’s self in small but perfect for a couples city break. The apartment had great amenities and a lovely modern bathroom. I would highly recommend this apartment, all I will say is if you aren’t great with stairs maybe request a ground or first floor apartment. There is also an office that deals with the apartment just one street back from the accommodation, so if you have any questions or concerns someone is always there to help.

booker ripped me off

I alerted the booker that my flight was delayed and I'd be arriving after 2300. Was told that check-in after 2300 was not possible. I had to find somewhere else to stay in the middle of the night. Turned out check-in was all over text and involved no human interaction--it could have taken place before arrival. The booker refused to refund the cost of that first night when I was locked out.

Not all bad

Checking in was really smooth, once inside at the foot of the staircase we experienced a strong odd smell. After speaking to other guests we discovered it’s the staircase covering or the glue that bonds the rubber to the metal staircase. The fumes it gives off are disgusting. The room itself is functional and the bathroom is 5 out of 5. Air con is also good. Our room was on the 3rd floor and we experienced lots of noise from the room above. The biggest issue was the cleanliness. The room floor was filthy, hair, toe nails, and covered in dust. Fortunately there’s a dustpan in the room, so we swept the floor in the bathroom and bedroom. We made the hotel group aware but they never responded so thought we should put it in a review. They had the opportunity to resolve the issue but chose to ignore it.

Clean and great location

We stayed for 4 nights in late August and the check in was very smooth. We got the code on email from the host and then we could easy check in by ourselves. Very modern and clean room. There is a view from the window to an outdoor cinema where they showed a movie every evening. Very cozy and if we closed the window we did not get disturbed by the sound. The location is in old town within the city walls but a little bit off from the main street Stradun (2-3 minute walk) which was nice not living exactly by the busy street. And the apartment is located on a street where you don’t need to climb any stairs. Because Dubrovnik has a lot if steps in the city. We had to check out at 10.00 but then we could leave our bags at the company’s office 1 minute walk away. Overall, great apartment and would definitely live there again. A bit expensive but that’s Dubrovnik, very expensive (and beautiful) city.

Perfect Location, very compact, would use again!

We were in the Ground floor apartment (0) and, it must be one of the few places to stay in Dubrovnik Old Town which doesn’t require stairs to get to it. There is however a single stair down into the apartment once inside. It’s very nicely furnished with nice touches such as personalised bed linen. On the down side it is very small. There’s just enough space either side of the large double bed and a fold down table at the end of the bed. It does have a high end Bosch microwave, hob, cooker hood and a small built-under fridge, However the lack of space would make it uncomfortable to prepare and eat anything more complicated than breakfast or a snack. The apartment was beautifully clean and the shower was great, although the tray was a reasonable size, the fixed glass screen made it difficult to avoid splashing the floor. This wasn’t a big problem as it soon dried out. Probably helped by the very effective air conditioning. There’s one very small window but it looks onto the adjacent property which is only about 30cm away and, being the ground floor, not a lot of light makes it’s way down. On the plus side you’re definitely not overlooked! The location is excellent being under 300 metres from the Pile Gate tour meeting and taxi/ Uber pick up and drop off point. It’s located down a typical Dubrovnik street but, unusually, there are no restaurants or bars, only a few apartment entrances and is very quiet. There are a huge selection of bars & restaurants 20mtrs round the corner

This property was in the heart of the old town which made it so accessible for everything. The room was freshly cleaned for us and we had excellent communication throughout. They even let us extend our check out by an hour to accommodate our flight times. Would highly recommend this apartment!!!!
