"We liked the proximity to downtown and freeway. The daily Happy Hour with free drinks and appetizers was a nice addition. The complimentary shuttle service to nearby locations was a nice amenity although we didn't take advantage of it since you needed to reserve ahead of time and know the time of return. The only negative is the bed was very soft."

Five generations it's been in the family and that's what us locals loved to hear! Thanks for a short history lesson and appreciate the warm, famiiy-owned and welcoming feel you get when you arrive at this location!"

"There is the indoor swimming pool and Jacuzzi. There are restaurants and a bar-and-grill within a 2 minute walking distance and not to mention the ocean, which is directly right across the street. This is an ideal place to stay."

"Stayed one night whilst travelling from Carmel to Santa Barbara. Hotel is just off the 101. Guy at reception was very welcoming and upgraded our room free of charge which was a nice surprise. Check in was very quick and simple. Room was huge. Very clean. Had a large T.V, iron and ironing board, fridge and a microwave. Hotel is a 5 minute drive from the centre of town where there are lots of shops, bars and resturants. There is a Dennys next door to the hotel and a Mcdonalds across the road. King bed was comfy and hotel was nice and quiet. Although fairly busy, we did not hear other guests. Pool and jacuzzi available upto 9pm."
