Location is very accessible to almost everything. Room is big enough, bed/pillows are comfortable. My only issue is they dont provide enough toilet paper for use. We kept calling housekeeping if we need to request for more. Breakfast is good. Choices are enough & Boni the guy in the breakfast room is very accommodating, hospitable & very helpful. Will recommend this hotel definitely

The building is a bit older, but it’s still more than worth staying in. The food was good and the room was clean. The staff here do a very good job, and they’re always friendly and helpful. Would definitely book again.

Hotel looks old. You need to renovate the lobby for a modern look. Hotel staff are very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are ok. Comfortable.

Great hotel and location
We stayed here last year and we were more than happy to return. They also renovated and made nice upgrades. Staff is friendly, attentive and the location is great. Citi Park is our go to hotel in Cebu. We look forward to our future stays there.

The staff are very pleasant & hospitable. Very convenient if you need to go shopping strategically wise & grocery shopping is too accessible so as dinning outside property is very convenient. If i may suggest,if the property have a small gym

I had to preview 3 rooms to get one that was clean enough to stay in. They weren't bad but I don't like stains from spills on the carpet in front of the bed or heavily mildewed parts of the tub/shower. They did up=grade my room and it was fine. There was no bath rug or washcloths provided

Very Nice for 3 star Hotel
We had a Fantastic stay @City Park Hotel . Our room was clean, big space. Comfortable bed, A/C is good and cozy, very good shower. Hotel Staff were very friendly and courteous. The Restaurant Staff were the Best. You asked everything you got it!! I would recommend this Hotel to everyone! There’s only one missing which is the pool, But they Will put one up in near future. Over all we had a Wonderful time! Kudos to all the Staff and the Bellboys and Securty which we don’t forget! Well done! I’ll give it a 5🎖

We love the hotel
So clean, so comfy and so nice. We liked the hotel setting and the location. The breakfast buffet was so perfect. Good Value for the money. We wanna go back here.

Some breakfast!
Check in was marred by snotty, diapproving desk. (My wife is younger than I and desk seemed to be looking for a way to go dummy on hotels.com connection but I had iPad and relevant pay and confirmation out. ) Breakfast is out of this world. Location not great but price is right. Bayfront is too expensive now and the breakfast there, and the price, does not compare to this place.

Overall, the hotel met our needs. While it was a bit run down, we weren't expecting luxury. It is super convenient to Rico's Lechon and made for a great baaecamp for our time here.

Overall pretty nice room, a bit outdated and the bed stated queen but was two fulls pushed together making it a bit hard for a couple to sleep next to one another. Great value if you are looking for a cheap clean room in Cebu City.

The room was decent, it's a pretty average hotel. The TV didn't work but wasn't to worried since we were close to the wifi we could stream shows when need be. It was vacation so need for TV anyways. The area is a little sketchy imo. Staff was great and friendly. For the price of the stay it wasn't that bad, thanks!

spacious hotel and comfortable room for the price. Unfortunately could still hear the street noise from 7 floors up especially at night since it's facing a busy street. There's a Jollibee, Bking and Shakey's not more than a 5 min walk away.

Only really slept there due to short stay in Cebu. Everything fine but Television didn't work so left it. Good bathroom with a bath. Staff very friendly and professional. I would stay again if convenient to where I had to go in Cebu.

I travel to Cebu 8-10 times a year for work and wouldn't stay here again. There is nothing terrible about this hotel but for the cost there are many better choices. Rooms are outdated and worn out. The breakfast is average. The lobby is beautiful and the staff very friendly.

Breakfast buffet was surprisingly great!! Lot of variety and eggs to order. Lobby and hallways very nicely kept. Only down side was the old shower head (it was rusting) and a bad smell from the drain. Otherwise, room was great, clean and not cramped.... relaxing.
