Nice hotel to stay in , family friendly. The restaurant is fair but not stellar. The only real complaint is while we were there weekends were very loud at the street level but the staff made up for it with service and the rooms were spotless

The building is a bit older, but it’s still more than worth staying in. The food was good and the room was clean. The staff here do a very good job, and they’re always friendly and helpful. Would definitely book again.

Very nice place

All in all the hotel is a very good value. The only thing that is a little difficult is the hotel is in a curve on a very busy street. However, there are attendance that have stop signs that will gladly assist you. Otherwise, my family was very happy with the accommodations.

Property was clean & staff were friendly. We were put in a room at the front of the hotel the first night & was awoken at 4am by people leaving a disco bar over the road but the staff changed our room to a quieter room at the back of the hotel free of charge. Close to the city centre so very convenient for shopping, plus transportation options are everywhere & easy to get if you don't feel like walking. The dining options in close proximity are plenty & varied. Would recommend!

Overall the facility is great. The only downside was we found leftover foods inside the fridge and we don’t know who it belongs to. It’s an indication of an oversight on the cleanliness. Other than this, the stay would have been perfect. Location is accessible to tranport and shops. The staffs were very friendly and accommodating.

A big hotel on a busy road, that at one time must have been impressive. Quite a few Dining options outside the hotel. Friendly, helpful staff, but hotels’ bathroom room needs love - taps and other bathroom fittings corroded, so shower head didn’t function well and other taps similar. The room was clean and big, but unfortunately very noisy.
