"I stayed at this hotel over the weekend, and the experience was extremely disappointing and frustrating.
For the entire duration of our stay, there was no hot water available in either of our rooms. As a result, my children and the rest of my family were unable to take a proper shower for two consecutive days. This created a major inconvenience and significantly impacted what should have been a comfortable stay.
When I approached the front desk to report the issue, the two staff members on duty showed absolutely no concern or empathy. Rather than apologizing for the inconvenience or offering any reassurance, they simply stated that "someone is working on it" in a dismissive and rude tone. There was no acknowledgment of how disruptive this situation was for paying guests.
What made matters even worse was witnessing several other guests come to the front desk with the exact same complaint. The response they received was equally unprofessional. The front desk staff bluntly told them there was nothing they could do about the lack of hot water. They further stated that checkout time had already arrived and that guests would not be permitted to return to their rooms to verify whether the hot water had been restored unless they paid to book an additional night.
