We had a queen bed with a nice view from the 9th floor. It did get loud in the middle of the night with street sounds from below but we used his white noise machine and that helped a lot. My only issue was that the blinds are very sheer and the light comes right in so our room never really got dark. I used a head band and wrapped it over my eyes at night and it worked perfectly. "The front desk person on the first night we checked in was robotic. The nighttime front desk person was snippy when my daughter asked for an extra roll of toilet paper. The following day the front desk person during the day was friendly and very professional (8/1/26). The room was clean except for the shower which had hair in it. Cleanliness is very important to me so this was quite offensive to me. The main entree at the wedding in the Grand Ballroom Saturday night was absolutely the worst food...
