"We had a good experience. We were on the first floor and the tile by the door and bathroom was damp. No fan in the bathroom so we put the air conditioner on dry mode. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hot breakfast was very nice! Lots of fresh fruit, too. Only wish we had time to use the pool!"

"I did land the handicapped room but only. Ecuador it was the last room available, however, it was the only room on the first floor. I had no traffic, I was right by breakfast, the pool, gym, guest’s office area, and the exit. The only thing is that the phone did not work, I had asked for no down pillows and down pillows were on the bed which led to a slight asthma attack, and they had to go hunt me down a hair dryer because someone had take. The one from my room. Other than that, it was great...
