"The pool was drained. Air conditioner was very loud. The shower floor was slippery. No bath mat provided. No shampoo or conditioner was available. "

"The breakfast was good, they have variable stuff. The parking was little full but I found spot to park. The room need construction work to do in the cealing in the bathroom, look like the cealing will go down in top of us."

"The room was clean but the furniture was old and needed update. They had mismatched towels and the shower curtain needed to be changed because it was faded. All in all it was an good stay. Close to a lot of places to eat and shop."

"It was 1 night stay so not much to say but i did book because of previous reviews about Nadia during breakfast time. She is a lovely lady and was very helpful. Nadia made our morning before we headed to the beach. Breakfast was plentiful and i was pleasantly surprised at the options including hot breakfast sandwiches. The coffee was great. Checkin was fast and checkout too.. The location was on the way to clearwater beach so i appreciated it wasnt a detour. I should say the room was clean, and shout out to Ophelia to setting up the room."

"From start to finish- booking through Expedia was relatively simple, even if the description was a little confusing. Calling the hotel was a mess. They have replaced their live operator with a recording, and pressing the number to speak to someone about reservations gets you an AI BOT. It took my husband pointing it out that it wasn't human for me to realize because they had one of those garbage ai set up to sound real, but I couldn't get anywhere talking to this "person" and couldn't figure out why it was so difficult to confirm my room type and ask for early check in! Lunch was amazing and the mid-day service was great. The improvements they've made since I was here ten years ago seem amazing. Our room was very nice though the floor didn't feel clean, and the A/C barely worked. When I called the front desk for help, the woman working the front desk around 8pm was very rude. She was even more rude when I tried to order room service. I could find no directory so I hit 0 to try to get connected. When I said I was just hoping to get connected to the restaurant to order room service she said "this isn't the restaurant, this is the front desk so I'll transfer you" in the most rude and annoyed tone I've ever heard from a hotel staff member. Ordering room service was easy and the food was delightful. We didn't get any spa treatments this time. Overall a very nice stay but the rude front desk employee is not up to the standard I expect from a resort of this caliber. "

"The best thing I can say about this property is that it’s supposedly going through a renovation process. It just seemed really dirty from the floors upon entering the hotel , the elevator had trash and all types of debris in it . The room had stains everywhere and in the bathroom it had major stains as well as what I think was heavy rust stains on and in the shower and on the bathroom door . In all of my travels I haven’t stayed at a hotel in a long time that still has the bouncy springs bed like this one has . The 4th floor smelled of marijuana . Upon checking out I went to the front desk and was not greeted but had a staring contest with the receptionist and finally I said hi I’m checking out and he said ok and another staring contest happened until I finally gave my room # and gave my room keys and just left ."

"The property has gone under some remodeling and is very nice. The staff is friendly. And the rooms are clean. I arrived at 3pm to check in unfortunately check in time is 4pm. I was allowed to use the pool and hot tub in the mean time. The complemteray breakfast was nice and check out time is not till 12pm."
