Staff was nice. Room was mostly clean. Some dust here and there. I found the lack of an elevator was very inconvenient. The hot tub was under maintenance one day, but I received a text message from the hotel saying as much. That was appreciated. Overall it was a good experience.

We stay at this property 1-2 times a year since 2017. We ski at granite peak. The jefferson has the best location - can wall to politos,ciaos or malarkeys… drive to mountain is literally 10 minutes. Hilton Garden Inn Wausau
Fantastic hotel. Modern decor with a warm ambiance. I find myself just enjoying being on the property vs it being just a place to sleep. Only problem is I know need to replace my mattress. The Hilton mattress is great.
