"The staff was friendly. There was a lot of noise throughout the night in the hallway. Our sink wouldn’t drain at all so it was difficult to brush our teeth or wash our hands. The property accepted pets yet I received an email letting me know my credit card was charged $60.00 extra dollars, the morning of check out. "

"We have stayed at this hotel 4 times as we complete a move to a new home. Each time the staff has been helpful, rooms have been clean and comfortable. There are a number of family style restaurants nearby. A Sam's Club and Walmart is across the street making it convenient for buying gas if you are a member or running errands. The neighborhood has a number of other moderately priced hotels and we have always felt safe. "

"We were very happy with our stay. The front desk was very friendly and knowledgeable. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The beds slept very comfortably. The area was right off the expressway with food choices in the area within 2 miles. Certainly can’t judge an establishment simply by the name. The price was EXCELLENT and the accommodations well worth it. We would definitely stay there again. "

"The rooms are showing their age although upgrading has apparently begun. Staff are friendly but the hot water was turned off for several hours and the dining room remained closed even after hot water was restored. No compensation was offered, not even complimentary coffee."
