"First off, the staff was incredible. Everyone was gracious and seemed genuinely happy to help. Arly and Johnny (yanny) were incredible and so many others that I cannot remember the names. As for the buffet, the food was hot and fresh and a great variety. The Property was absolutely beautiful and the beaches were incredible."

"We loved our stay at Hyatt Vivid. The resort itself is beautifully spacious. You can be involved in the festivities or tuck yourself away. It is centrally located to 5th Avenue and the ferry. We loved being in walking distance to almost everything!! Our room was beautiful and quiet! We didn't try all the restaurants but the ones we did, the food was delicious. The main bar in the lobby was great and the margaritas never disappointed. We're already planning our next trip!!!"
