"⸻ Our stay at Hotel Kukulkan was absolutely perfect from start to finish. Everything exceeded expectations, from the beautiful property to the overall atmosphere. What I loved the most were the parties, they were so much fun and really made the experience unforgettable. The shuttle service to other RIU hotels for parties was a huge plus, making it easy to explore and enjoy different vibes without any hassle. Another thing that stood out was how convenient everything was when it came to excursions. Transportation was always easily accessible, which made planning activities smooth and stress-free. Lastly, the service truly made a difference. The servers were incredibly nice, polite, and attentive throughout our stay, always making us feel welcome. I would definitely recommend Hotel Kukulkan to anyone looking for a fun, relaxing, and seamless vacation experience."

"The staff are very kind and helpful, check in a check out is easy, everything is clean and the food at the buffet was really good! Go to the buffet within the first hour or so if it opening, you will have more selection of food. Location is perfect, the beach is stunning and so fun to swim in, we are coming back here!"

"I can honestly say the ONLY thing that I liked was SOME of the waiters. Carlos from the evening waiters at the Sea Flirt and he also works in the Italian restaurant He was wonderful. There are others but I can’t remember the names. But Carlos was a standout. The people working the buffet are also great. All hard workers. First the place in going downhill. Needs a makeover. Next when checking in they offered an upgrade to a room with a sauna. We said yes because that is what we wanted but not available. We were in the tower. Not worth the money by the way. So around 4:30 they said the room we upgraded to wasn’t available but they would move us to the top floor with no sauna for another $300.00 So for a total of over $700.00 we could move to the floor above with no sauna. I guess they thought I was stupid. I said no and wanted the refund for the first upgrade they put on the credit card which they did. But they gave us a bracelet for the premiere. All it did was give you top shelf drinks at all it the bars. But not really. You couldn’t go to the premium club bar. The bartenders at the main pool were rude. The bar is very large. After getting the attention of a worker and got a drink they never came back to the end we were sitting at. We had to walk down to where they were even though we tipped. Overall the resort is really only a 3 star resort at best. If you were not a club member/owner they paid no attention to you. There are resorts much better. I could go on but I won’."

"My family loved their stay. My 20 something years old family members had a blast with the parties and activities on site. Of course the drinks were excellent. The food was just ok. Really enjoyed the Italian restaurant."

"We loved the hotel the staff was amazing would for sure go again and recommend to family and friends. Just wished they had more of a variety of entertainment at night. Otherwise all was perfect. Loved that we had access to the other two locations as well. Love Cabo"

"We had a leaky shower and the water was spilling onto the tile floor. We submitted a ticket and it was kind of fixed but not fully. Slip hazard for a pregnant woman. Rooms were very clean. Food is eh, but what can you expect from such a huge resort. Would come back though!"

"The room definitely smelled like mold, we pad for breakfast included but were told that we didn’t when we got there so we starved every morning. Finding food around was also hard bc it’s all resort food. Amenities ok "

"Beautiful grounds and lots of wildlife. Food at the buffets was hit and miss. Steakhouse restaurant was great! Some staff were very polite and helpful, and some seemed like the guests just being there was a burden. Sargassum had made its way past the barrier a couple days into our stay, but the staff worked hard for a few days to get the beach area cleaned."

"Kids pool needs improvement very isolated . Everything was great BUT the restroom in our room had a very BAD smell from pluming and everyone seems they had same complaint. Other than that everything was great ."
