Gave 2 starts for location, location is great. One staff member was rude at the beach entrance, when we were coming back from the beach the staff run to us and held my partner’s arm to check for the hotels bracelet instead of asking politely for us to show it."

"The whole hotel was top notch except EXCEPT the musty smell in our room. And the sewer smell in our room..we figured it out. Wasn't from the bathroom..nor outside. It was the AC vents. Very gross. So we left the balcony door open partways day and night and survived. I give it a 3.instead of a 1 because the whole resort is beautiful. Food is amazing. It's right on the beach. And the room.itself looks great and beds very comfortable but that smell!!!!!"

"I love this property. The hotel staff are extremely friendly and the hotel location is in the heart of old town where you can walk to everything. The pool is in the courtyard and feels like a cenote. The restaurant has excellent service and all the food is delicious. The rooms are large, clean and comfortable with good A/C. Across the street from the malecon sea walk and all the shops and restaurants. "
