"Rooms were too tight and basic, Beds are too short, my feet were sticking out of the bed and I’m on my 5,11… staff didn’t want to give me an extra towel since i checked in as single, claimed that’s the rule is I have to bring the dirty towel to get a fresh one in return which I found super odd and irrelevant.
No Fridge or minibar in the room.
Phone was dead and I informed the staff and didn’t do anything about it.
This should not be classified as a hotel at all…. Motel is probably even too big...
