The room was a mess. Tiles hone in the kitchenette and the cement sink was falling apart. We complained and they moved us to a slightly better room. No elevator and the restsurant food was so, so. Front desk staff was very nice and accomodating. Hotel needs a very extensive renovation. The location was great though. Will return to PV but not here

A nice hotel good resto and clean pool. Staff are very friendly. However the card I used to book the room on Expedia I did not bring with me - but they had already run it through before I arrived and it was approved. When I arrived I didn’t have that card with me so the clerk told me the hotel could not use that card. I had to use a second card I had in my possession and they credited the first card and said it would take two weeks to get my original money back. It is now past two weeks and I still don’t have my refund. Two things : one they should not have run the card though until I arrived and two it should not take two weeks for a credit charge to be reversed. So I am very dissatisfied with the check in procedure. I have been charged twice for the room and am awaiting my refund after two weeks. Hopefully this is resolved soon.
