We had a fantastic stay at the Casa Nicole Boutique Hotel. The staff is fantastic. The breakfast options are super. The hotel is superbly maintained. Location in the Zona Romantica is great. We had room 207, which has a beautiful balcony overlooking a quaint street with lots of activity.

Amazing place!

It was an incredible stay! We were there for a whole week and coupd not complain about one thing. The service was top notch and very friendly. The location is great - close to all of the great restaurants and night life! I would highly recommend staying here.

It was a pleasant stay at the Casa Nicole. It is conveniently located in the Zona Romantica, close to the beach and the Malecon. The staff was friendly and receptive, attentive and prompt in handling issues. for the most part the room was clean and well-kept and even though we had an issue with the bathroom, this was quickly and satisfactorily dealt with. The Restaurant Nicole, which serves breakfast is very good. The food, the staff and the atmosphere were great. I would highly recommend it.

We stayed three nights. Loved location and comfortable, stylish room. Had their famous and popular brunch once, it was excellent. We chose not to have daily cleaning, so cannot comment. Easy walk to beach and restaurants. Quiet location. Be aware: no elevator, no kettle in rooms and design of building makes any conversation loud in the halls—bring ear plugs.

This is a beautiful hotel that is very well located in Zona Romantica. It is, however, very noisy. If you are staying in the rooms on the north side of the building, the concrete walls echo every sound. We heard every guest entering the hotel at night (no matter how quiet they were) and the breakfast staff at 6:45am. Great place to stay but not sleep. Perhaps the rooms on the south side are quieter. Bring noise cancelling head phones to be sure.

Quiet Retreat in the Middle of Entertainment Area

Casa Kimberly is now on the top of my list for future visits to Puerto Vallarta. The hotel is small, quaint, but does not come short on service and hospitality. The hotels staff members, including Front Desk Manager Juan, is attentive to the needs of the guests. Housekeeping staff did not appear to mind coming back to the room when asked to complete housekeeping at a later time due to a late night out. Casa Nicole Boutique Hotel is a great option for couples wanting to explore LGBT bars in the Zona Romantica Area but then retreat away to a quiet hotel with first class accommodations. Our room had two beds with comfortable and clean bedding - pristine white linens. The water pressure in the bathroom's rainfall shower head was always ready and never an issue. My only recommendation for an even better experience would be for the hotel management to consider pool heater. We tried the pool on several of the days there and it was frigid to uncomfortable cool. The hotel has a small fitness room - one treadmill and one elliptical, but the view from both is nice. I would book this hotel again.
