Sometimes it was abit overwhelming on the beach with the peddlers, ALOT… , ( but they were lovely and we expected that, ) We really loved everything about the hotel, the staff were so friendly, and our room was spotless every time we got back there. Would easily recommend this place, and plan to come back!

This was a very nice Beach Resort! We had the all inclusive package - the food and drinks were great. It was in an amazing location in the Zona Romantica, in a very lively and walkable area. The hotel staff are friendly. Would highly recommend! We really enjoyed our stay.

The amenties were good. Service staff were very helpful and friendly. The ocean view was only from the patio. Pool area was nice, happy hours were good. Close to a lot of local activities, shopping, food and tours.

Family oriented hotel with amazing staff. Yolanda from concierge was very helpful and provided us with great costumer service. Unfortunately I can’t say the same about the management. Very poor maintenance of facilities (clogged sinks, leaking AC, our safe had no batteries, squeaking doors etc..)

This is my second time staying at Los Arcos. I love the area and how everything is walking distance. Hotel itself could probably use a remodel, but I don’t mind it at all! I’ll stay here again next year!

My first time here, I stayed 3 weeks and I loved it! The rooms were clean, the beds and linens were comfortable and very clean. I did not want a 5 star experience..I wanted to immerse myself into the local culture. The people were so friendly and as a 72 yr old woman, solo traveler I felt safe at all times.it was family friendly. I love it that i could walk everywhere...whether from the beach or from the street. The hotel staff were so friendly and accommodating. I will be back!
