Amazing property! Everything was perfect, from check in to check out Our room featured a wrap around balcony which made our stay memorable The upper deck, although not private, was rarely used by anyone but ourselves Located in Centro makes walking all over Puerto Vallarta easy Yes there are stairs, but nothing that can't be conquered with a short break We will return again

The room had a great view of the ocean. There is also a rooftop view available to others without a view (our view was enough in our case). The a/c worked well. The staff were always available when we needed them and helped us out a few times with directions. This was very helpful when we attempted the bus! I would not recommend if you have a wheelchair, walker or other mobility issues (but then, PVR itself would be an issue). Loved this place, very clean, modern and comfortable.

Very small and basic room. The hotel has great common area spaces to retreat to including a kitchen and roof top. The only real complaint I would have is the stairs from the street to the hotel are steep and plentiful. Ok if you can manage your luggage and stairs. Otherwise, the hotel is fine and modern. I would not recommend for a long stay but for shorter, it works great.

Beautiful new hotel opened last year. There are rooms woth ocean view although mine was garden view. However, there is also an awesome rooftop terrace with panoramic views over Bahia de Banderas with chairs and tables and loungers open to use. Place is super clean, has a nice shared kitchenette for some cooking, and a nice area to eat, also with partial ocean and garden views. Location is great in the heart of PV, 15 mins walk you can reach north to Playa Camarones and all of the Romantic Zone to the south. Plenty of restaurants and bars steps from the door. Hughly reccomend No Se Nada for a nice dinner and PVs best burgers at Tertu both 1 block from Raices Nomadas 👌

The room was clean we had a beautiful ocean view staff and service were always kind and helpful the only bad thing is going up so many stairs it wasn’t easy to Cary my baby up and for my mother in law to walk them other then that everything else was great

Very modern up to date room. 2 night stay with my son. I didn’t rent a car, but if i did not sure of where i would have parked because of location. Beds were very comfortable. Only issue i had were the many many steps to get to this hotel. Obviously not wheelchair friendly. Other than that great room with a great view. Few blocks from the ocean

The room offered a panaramic view of the ocean and hillside. It had all around glass windows with a terrace. I could see the Malecon boardwalk-literally walk out the hotel driveway and 90 seconds later..on the Malecon! Very convenientz. Heart of downtown, malecon, romatica zone all steps away! The staff was friendly. Located in the hillside, takes 60 stairs from the street to the hotel entrance...then 38 additional stairs to get to my beautiful room! So be ready for 100 stairs!! No elevator, not for individuals with limit mobility or differently abled. But what a view!! I would stay there again.
