" It was right on the beach. Everybody was friendly. The hotel was a little bit older, but the beach was right there in the heart of everything."

"We had the wrong room when we arrived and when we originally booked it included the all inclusive package. The hotel clerk charged us an extra 2000.00 American money on top of the 5k we already spent to reserve! The service was horrible and the food was grotesque and it made us venture off to eat elsewhere. I will make sure all my family and friends know the horrible experience we had and will not recommended this hotel to anyone! They charged so many extra fees on top of what we had already paid. Be careful booking here they will try and charge you anything and everything especially if you’re not fluent in Spanish. Be also to ensure you look at the details when booking through Expedia. Such a shame and terrible experience overall."

"It’s definitely a nice place especially the pool area - the rooms need an upgrade our faucet was leaking from the bottom anytime we used it. The towel racks were so high up I couldn’t reach them "

"Would not allow us to cancel for a refund over Easter, during the ongoing cartel instability. US State Department has advised against travel to PV, but this property insists everything is back to normal, as a way to keep every penny of your reservation fees. In light of the extraordinary events that led up to the situation they should have been concerned with the safety of their guests but didn’t care. Beware."
