Hotels near Playa del Carmen Main Beach

"Solid hotel. Nice working kitchen. Staff helpful but take towels and robes when they clean and don't return unless you go down to request it, which was ok. The pool is not great as it is small and the hot tub isn't very hot usually but it is refreshing if you want a quick cool dip on a hot day. Overall we were happy and would stay there again, however we would get a 2 bedroom and make sure not to be on either of the streets bc it's very very loud on the weekends (think room vibrating). "

Amazing partner providers including the beach front breakfast restaurant and the local gym. The rooftop patios with BBQs, loungers and hot tubs were fantastic, for those who book those rooms. "

"We stayed for a few days in February and could not have been happier with the entire experience, from check-in to our unfortunate back-to-reality departure! We loved the pool area and especially loved the location of the hotel in downtown Playa. We did hear music on the weekend evenings but with earplugs or our little handheld sound machine, we were absolutely fine. We will stay here again!"

"Probably the worst hotel I stayed at. First it is located on the main street so there is noise all day and night. Second they have a bar at the top of the hotel that can play loud music until 2am. Third, they gave me a room just behind the reception and the staff is always talking with people or on the phone constantly, even at night. When you ask kindly to keep it down, they still continue. Basically, if you want to sleep, dont go there. I asked for another room but they said all the rooms were occupied, which was a lie. The saff is super rude and dont care about the clients. When you ask to talk to the manager, they say no. They dont clean the room during your stay. The room is very basic, bed was ok but shower was leaking, the sink faucet was broken. Well nothing was ok with this hotel, look away and find a decent one! But this is not where you want to sleep!"
