"Staff and property for the most part were very good. The pool was very crowded and all chairs were covered and mostly unoccupied for much of the day. We were told at check in that if a chair was unoccupied for more than 30 minutes or so, the towels and possessions would be cleared. Didn't happen. Service was ver slow at the pool; we ended up getting our own drinks most of the time. You need to revise your towel policy with the cards. The towel kiosk was unattended for much of the day and...

"This resort is beautiful. It’s also fun. We loved it. The only complaint is the dinner food. Breakfast and lunch at the pool bar were good, but dinner? Not good at all. The sushi place was pretty good and room service was ok but everything else was barely edible. We aren’t foodies so we still managed to make it work and have a great time. But it’s something to consider if a great fancy dinner on vacation is important to you. Also, the upgrade wasn’t worth it. "

"Very nice Tropical Hotel. Not very modern but clean and functional. I didn’t like that the Hotel counts with two separate buildings half a block apart. The main building has a bigger pool and is right off Famous Fifth Avenue. The other still very close but not right off the strip. Very small Pool. Parking sucks if you leave at night.
