The staff was amazing. Always extremely helpful & friendly, we initially booked a beach front room suite but due to electricity issues they were so kind to upgrade our room to something even better free of charge to accommodate. This made our trip super special considering it was my girlfriends birthday. We also want to give the biggest shoutout to the lady who tended to our room Maricella I believe was her name, everything was always spotless and left exceptionally. We will stay here again

Centrally located at the heart of 5th Avenue. Also, property is on excellent condition, well kept. Staff and housekeeping were very helpful. The hotel provides an elevated view of the beach in comparison to other buildings in the location.

The location was amazing! Plenty of restaurants within a 5 minute walk and really lively. The staff were so helpful and I appreciated the attention to detail by the housekeeping staff. Front desk employees were also great and helped with directions and booking a taxi to the airport for an early morning flight. Rooms were spacious and the pool was stunning! Loved my stay here.

The hotel is located in a great location. Walking distance to everything. The staff is courteous and helpful with recommendations. The rooms are immaculate. Only a few issues but nothing huge. The gym is located in another one of their locations which is not that far of a a walk, the fridge in the room didn’t work but they quickly replaced it and the power went out for a few mins which knocked out their WIFI for two days. The pool are and restaurant was great and the staff were all friendly. I went to the pool club rooftop ant the other location and ordered food. The vibe was chill but the food was horrible.
