"숙소는 비교적 깨끗하고 이칭식사도 좋아요. 체크인때 내가 예약했는지 직원이 잘 모르고 있었어요. 그리고 TV ,뉴스를 보려고 했는데 방법을 몰라 프론트 직원에게 문의했는데 직원이 3분 후에 방으로 온다고 해눟고 전혀 소식이 없었어요. 이런 약속을 3번이나 했는데 모두 거짓말로 했어요. "
