"I expected better service for the amount you pay to stay here, and given it is a high class resort. We had to carry all our own bags because they didnt have any luggage carts available, nor did they offer to help watching us make multiple trips.
My son had a nose bleed during the night so we had to call and request the bedding to be changed. They were very nice about it and asked if it was convienient to come in 20-30 min. This was perfect bc we would be at breakfast. Unfortunately, they...
