"Beautiful hotel, super friendly staff, and room was very comfortable. Only complaint is that the water in the shower was lukewarm at best. But that would not keep me from staying here again. Love the proximity of dining options! "

"The room was spacious. We enjoyed having a microwave and refrigerator since we had food to heat up after our concert. The shuttle driver that took us to Ameris amphitheater was friendly. On both ways to the concert and pick up we didn’t wait but a minute or two so that was great. I would stay here again if I was going to Ameris amphitheater this is the closest Hyatt Place to the venue. One thing that they could improve on is the speed of the elevators going down seem to take a while."

"The hotel was great, the staff was super accommodation. The room smelled a little musty but it was better once I turned the ac cooler. Breakfast was fine - nothing to write home about. Excellent value. Went for a medical visit at Emory - we’ll stay here again. "
