"The staff was amazing. When we first arrived, Kissy at the front desk adjusted our room location and was super friendly. Kayla in the food court went above and beyond to accommodate my wife's dietary needs and she did it with an eager smile. The room was comfortable and clean. The building is older but they are working hard to restore it. I used the fitness center twice while there and the pool once. I would return. "

"Amazing experience! From the time we pulled up for valet to check out it was Exceptional Service!! There was a bit of a wait at check in, however they had fresh ice lemon water available while you waited. Every associate from Eddie , Aaron, and Enoch in Valet; to Ashley at check in desk, and Stephen at check out they were ALL so kind welcoming and simply amazing. The hotel is beautiful, rooms immaculate, the whole vibe and esthetics on point!! This place is my now my absolute favorite!! Every picture, detail, and shown information is exactly as shown. "
