"Room and property are quite nice. Staff is friendly However, the atrium is incredibly loud and every person walking through atrium can be heard in rooms facing atrium. Plus, for a new building, there is very little soundproofing. Bottom line: don’t stay here if you value a quiet nights sleep. "

"Not a lot of equipments in the gym but new and nice place/view Be careful regarding the service charge. 25% of service charge will be added to the price which is a lot compare to others places and no matter is the quality of the service. The service was good though especially the people at the coffee. "

"My room was clean. I felt very safe in my room and in the common areas. When I asked to change rooms to be closer to the rest of my family the front desk staff was very accommodating."

"The front desk staff was helpful and professional. The breakfast was not good but The housekeeping staff was my only real problem during my stay. My boyfriend and I had just settled in to relax around 4:30pm on our first day there. Well housekeeping used their master key and walked into my room while we were unclothed on our bed. I confronted her and she said she didn’t speak English and apologized. At breakfast on Saturday morning, the housekeeper swept my foot and I was wearing sandals, with the broom while I was making my plate. Just unacceptable. "
