"The only confusing part was finding where to check-in. Where there is normally a check-in counter as you walk into a hotel, instead you walk into a grand space with the bar in the center (sports bar like). You have to walk all the way around the bar to check in. My room was a clean and modern space. The bed wasn’t uncomfortable like many hotel beds can be. I’d stay here again, your minutes from everything downtown and I liked that you had to swipe your room card in the elevator to go up to your floor."

"The staff was incredible, the room was nice. The room did not have soap in it which was not a huge deal, as we brought some, but that did catch us off guard. The A/C was horrible though. The room wouldn’t cool down at all. A fan helped. The A/C worked, but the set up of the room had the vent blowing at the far wall, and completely away from the bed, which for hot sleepers means that we cannot get any sleep there. When I called about it, they sent up a fan which helped a lot, but it didn’t completely fix the issue. Shower was fine, towels were okay. "
