"We booked 2 rooms. The first room Air conditioning unit didn't work and the room was on heat at 86 degrees. They didn't have another room available and we had to wait until morning for a new one just like that one. My second check in first room had trash in the kitchen. Second room air unit didn't work. Stephanie front desk was very rude. They didn't seem to care. Im a Hyatt member and this,was horrible."

"The hotel was a very nice experience. The rooms were clean, comfortable and the hotel staff was very courteous. We will definitely stay again, we like that it was accessible to shopping, although in downtown area, it was nice to take a walk or eat at a very nice restaurant onsite or walk to nearby restaurants. The valet parking was convenient and more economical than getting self parking. They had a very nice rooftop lounge/club on campus with a great dj. Overall, great stay."

"Two things: first, the woman who checked me in late at night treated me weirdly. She stressed several times that she was putting me on the fifth floor, even confirming that I understood. Then she gave me a key for a room on the eighth floor. She also wrote down the WiFi password, changing the last digit so it wouldn’t work. Second, I was very surprised that the room in this classy hotel did not have a safe. Very unusual, when even cheap hotels and motels provide that amenity."

"Upon check in staff Jeremy was very polite and very helpful in expediting my check-in and making sure that everything was up to par in my room. This is my second stay in two years I love the convenience of the area the parking everything it’s in close proximity, and again I wanna shout out Jeremy for doing an outstanding job as the front desk clerk. There is also a coffee shop that opens pretty early 6:30am, that was amazing because I was able to get my hot tea early in the morning , I sat outside and the cool breeze was refreshing. I definitely would stay here again.."
