"It was a great suite, we just ran into a few issues like a clogged shower drain, and a TV that was malfunctioning. The issues we had with the mini fridge and microwave was fixed immediately and they managed to fix the drains a bit. Overall though, i would definitely go back for another stay."

"The property is very well located, with many amenities around, room is sparkling clean, the breakfast is fresh and very good. The staff is kindly and very supportive with my questions. I extremely recommend you to stay at least one night here."

"At check-in, the attendant, was unprofessional on her phone the whole time. I checked into the room and loaded all my belongings come to find out the room was completely flooded near the bed and the couch. Let know that I would need a new room seem bothered and refused to check the additional room to see if there was any flooding before I moved. I asked to speak to a manager who was completely unprofessional irritated and did not want to work and have any hospitality for the situation caused by the hotel I had to check out due to the uncooperative behavior of the manager, , and the attendant I do not recommend staying there, moving forward based on the manager, behavior."

"Everything was amazing and I would have given 5 stars except the pool was down the whole time we were there. I specifically booked this hotel because it was spring break for my children and it was the only hotel in the area with an indoor pool. I booked through Expedia and no where on there did it say the pool was out of order. So this was an inconvenience. Everything else was great. "

"Nice property, but the sixth smelled strong with marijuana. Also, the heat room was broken and the workout area needed some major updates. Solid 3/5 hotel. "

"Breakfast was terrible, which is a shocker for an embassy suites- I think too many guests and not enough staff. Also- they should not put out to go containers, SO many guests were filling up 4-5 containers at a time! Not going up to rooms, but sitting down with it all- the staff couldn’t keep up- so that they put out quite undercooked eggs- literally floating in raw egg. Front desk staff was inattentive- they acted as if we were bothering them to check in- never told us about parking- it wasn’t until we returned back in the evening and the parking attendant told us! He was the nicest person we met here. Unlikely that we would return"
