"Very cute apartment over 3 floors with a small but fully stocked kitchen. Good air con on top 2 floors. Short steep walk (7 mins) to the top of motovun. You check in at a restaurant up the hill and one of the staff then takes you to the apartment. Free parking nearby. Only real negatives were the shower cubicle which was way too small and quite a few mozzies in the evening when drinking wine on the terrace…"

The facility is beautiful and the staff was incredibly helpful and worked very hard to make our time there feel special. "The location at the top of Motovun had beautiful views of the valleys. We were able to enjoy dinner at sunset from the hotel restaurant. The narrow, cobblestone alleys were managed well by the hotel driver and added to the uniqueness of this hotel."

"Villa Borgo B&B was an ideal location to stay while visiting the area. It is located at the top of Motuvan and the drive up the mountain was really neat. You park your car in the parking lot and walk up to the Bed and Breakfast. You can call the front desk and they will pick you up. Accommodations are simple but has everything you need. The breakfast the next morning was delicious."

"This is a very remote area, so it was extremely peaceful and beautiful. Food options are well over 20 mi or more away. It is off season, a lot of places around were closed, including the nature activities. If you are looking for a serene retreat this if your place, I would have loved to use the pool but it was out of season. Beautiful traditional stone house."
