Only problems were (1) a slow-draining sink in the bathroom (reported our first day, but never fixed completely, if addressed at all), and (2) the 3-day hold on our $100 deposit -- the duration of which was never revealed when we checked in (we expected an immediate credit back to our checking account/debit card."

"it is near the airport and a highway so, noise is to be expected. both apple maps and google maps give poor and wrong directions. google maps as linked from expedia actually insisted on a wrong turn and a two mile loop over and over. note that it is a bit tricky to get into the property but on the opposite side of the divided highway where google maps takes you. on the plus side a wide selection and complimentary breakfast is available from 6:00-9:30 am which is nice and a noon check-out time is convenient . plenty of amenities and rates are reasonable. i will stay again. "

"Overall the stay was great, the breakfast was ok. Our only issue really was that there were things that had maintenance problems that had not been repaired adequately or that weren’t repaired. There was a hole in the bathroom ceiling that had not been repaired, there was floor trim that has become unglued and was just a sore sight to look at. Overall customer experience was great and I would stay here again but I would just let the maintenance crew know to look at every room and fix what is obvious and makes the room look bad."
