"This property was very nice. Staff were extremely helpful. Room was clean. I understand that the hot tub had a lot of use. It would’ve been nice if the water had been skimmed to remove hair clumps. The second day, the pool and hot tub were not opened on time. We asked the front desk if it was okay to remove the hot tub cover so we could use it. "
