"Upon arrival, Brian the night front desk rep was so nice and helpful. Everyday the staff cleaned the room and left it as clean as possible. Breakfast was great, dinner was ok since they were premade food. The bar staff was kind and so helpful as well. Only issue I had was the water pressure of the shower. As I would shower, the water would turn off and then blast back on a few times. Other than that I would stay here again!! Def recommend and the location, amazing!!! Walking distance to el Zócalo and the delicious food all around. Super safe but for all who visit and take Ubers, it is busy (as would be and should be expected). Rides take long to and from destinations."

"Property and rooms where clean, friendly staff, amenities are great when needed. Balcony views are nice. Terrance, although not on the highest level, has a nice skyline view. Shower heads could use an upgrade. Hot water is HOT, getting it to the right temp was “fun”. Overall great place to stay, good value."

"The interior of the hotel is beautiful, rooms are super clean, beds are confortable, sheets and covers are good quality, courtesy drinks in the room are A+, staff is helpful and friendly. Terraza restaurant is great for a drink or a bite with a view, and if it wasn't enough, its a few steps from El Zocalo. Loved it! Recomend 💯%"
