"I liked: the hotel is gorgeous, located very close to a subway (metro) station, and close to Paseo de la Reforma. I didn't like: On our arrival, when we did the check-in, the person was not that welcoming."

The staff is awesome, special thanks to the Urban Cafe staff during breakfast time & the housekeeping staff (un millón de gracias, a million thanks). My only suggestion to the hotel administration to help make a great stay better: get better quality TP in the rooms, I do not expect industrial-quality TP in a 5-star hotel! "
