"Staff was incredibly helpful for me and my partner. Made her birthday trip worthwhile. Concierge staff were amazing in planning, and answered any questions or doubts about the area. Only inconvenience was the roadway leading to the hotel entry was blocked off to vehicle traffic by law enforcement perhaps to enforce safety. Still it was a very short walk from where the road was blocked to the hotel entry. In all honesty it’s out of their control so it’s understandable. Overall great location next to the zocalo, alongside many shops and restaurants."
