"I was VERY Disappointed that we did not get to check in to our room until after 9 p.m! Then we had to take a different room that was not acessable like we reserved. My Friend has a prosthetic leg so it made it hard to get into the tub to shower. We asked if we could maybe get 1or 2 free nights for a future stay and was told because i booked through Expedia they couldnt do that. "
