"We stayed overnight as we transited thru Mumbai. The airport-hotel transfers/ride was very professional - they were on time, very polite, the vehicle was in excellent condition - pre-cooled, water bottles and sanitizer wipes readily accessible. We got a beautiful room on the 10th floor. Bellhop service was spot-on and quick. We would definitely come back. Only downside is the access road to the hotel is congested with traffic related to the airport. We wished there was a safe walkway from the airport to the hotel - we would have gladly used it. "
