"Padmaa is an exquisite property, and we are so glad we stayed there. The staff and service are impeccable and the rooms are superlative. Arriving at the hotel with our luggage was handled smoothly (their e rickshaw met us and loaded our luggage abs drove us over). Same for our departure. On our daily trips we often chose to walk to and from Padmaa. the neighborhood has a lot of character and is perfectly safe, but it was crowded. Not a problem for us, but something to consider: i would highly recommend it. Our rooms were gorgeous."

"The hotel is in pathetic condition. They dont care about the experience at all. Our rooms were not cleaned before we checked in. Washroom had a burnt cigarette on the floor. Bedsheet was torn. Lamp was broken. The tv was not working. This is when we paid the price of a good hotel. The only reason its alive is because its in the middle of the market. But for what they charge and the service they provide its not worth it. Better to look for some other hotel and visit the market. "

"They lied and told us that they did not receive payment from Expedia. We faced a lot of inconvenience and had to find another stay which wasted almost an entire day of ours. Comfort inn seemed very greedy for money and seemed like they sold our booking to someone else for more money. And front end staff and manager very very unhelpful. "
