"The renovated corner room we stayed in was beautiful! New wooden shutters, retro style mini-fridge and microwave, and tiled bathroom were really attractive. The mattress was firm and comfortable. Unfortunately, the AC/heater unit was glitchy. It turned on and off with a relatively noisy fan every 3-4 minutes, which was hard to get used to. The Kuerig was a little temperamental too, but it was great to have morning coffee in bed. The breakfast we had at the in-house restaurant was excellent! So many choices and yummy! Just stayed one night on a road trip across Nevada. Enjoyed seeing all the historic photographs all through the hall on Floor 6 and the historic buildings in the Historic district too. We aren't into casinos and the passage through it to our room wasn't too nasty with cigarette smoke."

"We stayed at this property several years ago and it was starting to look a little "tired". They have greatly improved the rooms however, our TV was not working properly. We asked the staff to take a look but the problem was not resolved. The casino was smokey at check in but we were amazed how fresh and clean it smelled in the early morning by breakfast time. The manager of the restaurant was delightful and she deserves a special thanks. Breakfast portions are hearty!"

"Our room was pretty clean and the bed was comfortable. We stayed in the annex building across the street which was a highway. We needed a plunger and my spouse had to go get it because they didn’t have enough staff. Parking was good and the steakhouse was fabulous. We would stay at here again."

"You check in with the video person out of the country. It was very weird. Also there was no hair dryer in our room. I had to go to the office and the video person had to notify a live person to bring me a hair dryer"
