"My kids had fun but overall we expected better. The staffing and service was poor and slow. A HUGE long waiting lin t check in with one person at front desk. Same for everything else. Water slide lines went slow and it was clear this was due to understaffing at the slides. All the eateries and cafe's seemed understaffed with huge waiting lines on what everyone knew was to be a busy week/weekend. Activities (high ropes course and arcade) and various eateries lacked signage so it was impossible to know when things opened. Signage was terrible at water park so you'd have no way to know what tube to take up what staircase to go on which slide. Our last day there, virtually all of the "pools" areas to play other than the big slides, were closed indefinitely so we did not get to enjoy 50% or more of the water park the last day, and no talk of partial refunds!"

"The plug and charger outlets in our room didn’t work. The tv didn’t work. We eventually reset the tv and it worked after that. The pillows were hard and lumpy. Breakfast was adequate but had no protein. I have stayed at this place twice before and it was in much better shape."

"Hotel was dated but clean. Staff was friendly . The walls were thin, you could hear TV in next room. The connecting door to the next room was nailed shut and was unsightly. Breakfast was good with hot and cold choices. I don't know if was available 24 hours, but the coffee machine was on and accessible Everytime we checked."

"Clean, new looking place. Breakfast staff were great. If you're visiting Oneonta as were to see our favourite middle child this is a pretty good base."

"The staff was absolutely horrible or completely amazing!! The girls in evening were great absolutely amazing the ones in morning were complete evil!! I asked for a tray to bring breakfast to my sick aunt and my daughter and she told me they couldn't give me one bc I couldn't bring people food up there like that it was against policy and was really snobby about it like I was trying to steal their food. Acted. Really uppity and snobby. But evening staff was great helpful very nice and friendly. And I booked with a travel app and paid in full on the app and got to the hotel and was told I could not check in until I paid a 175 security deposit which was no where did it say we would have to do that on the app it said I was paying in full. The hotel told me that if I didn't check in the hotel I would only get half my money back and wouldn't be for 7 to 14 days and they could refuse me from checking in bc I was late for check in. Also they were very stingy with towels when we asked for clean towels they told us we were only allowed the issued towels and we were there a few days and there was 3 of us and. 2 large towels 3 hand towels 2 wash cloths. The ice machines were all broke and there was only 1 downstairs in lobby and they also acted rudely about it when we asked for an extra ice bucket to put our ice cream in to keep cold bc fridge was not working "

"Can’t comment on breakfast- did not partake. In general the room was clean but found a q-tip and wad of hair on floor. Staff were friendly and accommodating but housekeepers were very noisy. Parking area safe and well lit. "

"Room was nice. Lots of space. Included a good hot breakfast. No bar or lounge but restaurant only a few hundred feet away. "
