"Five stars despite a few niggles. Very comfortable stay. Beds especially, which is always make or break. The location is very good , right next to the subway and I only one stop to the central subway interchange. The staff unfailingly helpful, and the rooms standard, but sizable and comfortable. The only downsides were the breakfast room which was absolutely packed and made it difficult to get to the food and find a seat to sit in. Gave up completely one morning and went a bakery instead. The other grumble was it took three requests for a kettle and when it did appear it was broken. Likewise the conditioner bottle in the bathroom was never fixed despite asking twice. A broken pump meant it couldn't be used Nevertheless, these grumbles aside, everything was exemplary and the customer service always good natured."

"Hotel is very centrally located, right next to Arlanda express and close to central station. The breakfast was very nice, lots of juices/smoothies and variety of foods. Everything was as great except the ice machine wasn’t working and I was given conflicting information about where to get ice. Phone jack in room was loose, so phone only worked if I pushed the jack into the wall while on the phone. "

"This is my second time staying there. The staff is wonderful and this time they helped me right away with an upgrade to a room with a window and view. The hotel is clean, affordable and offers a wonderful free breakfast every morning. In the evening, you can enjoy a bar right on property. The hotel is within easy walking distance of several restaurants. A bit longer walk will take you right to Gamla Stan."
